Whoa. It took me awhile to find the right section for this. XD I drew my avatar on Gaia. My username is the same as on here.<br />

The reason she's on an envelope is because I was going to donate and send this as art, but then I couldn't make up my mind as to whether or not to really donate. I haven't yet, but I like this picture anyway. I worked pretty hard on it, but I know that it needs work. Especially where she's sitting (It looks like her knees are coming out of nowhere) If you can help, please do. Comments?

the thing you have to do with the sitting position, is move her up a little more so that it actually looks like she's sitting on the top of the envelope. or just move her knees up..um..try sitting in a chair in the position and you'll see what i mean, hopefully.

Aw, Kotokoplum, your pictures are as cute as ever! :3 Love the choice of blue that you used.

I am horrible at drawing sitting people, but I do have one suggestion. Your girl looks a little odd because her skirt isn't following her legs. It looks like it's hanging down as it usually would when someone is standing - when someone's sitting, the skirt follows their bent legs, so the bottom should be pointing at the viewer, and not the ground (provided that the shirt is shorter than knee-length).

Ouch. I think I could have totally said that in... half the words that I used. o_o;

Sitting positions are hard- just keep practicing. If you're doing a sitting picture, you could always sit in front of a mirror and draw how your legs look. That usually helps. This is really good! You should PM me on GAIA; I have an account too. My username is the same as the username here on FAC ^.^U Good job and I agree with Black_Breeze: I love the shirt!
