Yeah, if you full view, you can see the flower you see in the third Bleach intro. Rukia's hair is really dark and makes it hard to tell. Hardest part of the pic to draw was the flower. Everything else was surprisingly easy. Drawn through tablet too, which is a big shocker, cause everything I've drawn through tablet looks crappy. This, however, kinda doesn't.

I think you should've made the text a different color.Red doesn't really stand out from black.I think you should've used white.The names of the characters aren't really needed in my opinion.Your shading and lineart is good,but shaky.I suggest the Pen Tool.As for the flower,it's okay.I sort of like the concept.

And for the sake of accuracy,Hollow Ichigo's skin is actually white.
