You never said it was original, true, but you never gave credit to Milky Cat. A disclaimer is generally not needed when you copy from official artwork, since everyone knows it's not original. But when you copy from another artist and 'forget' to give credit, it leads people to believe that you came up with it. In other words, plagiarism.

I hope you have a good explaination for this. I have seen this pic before, only I know it wasn't you. It was on theOtaku.com, by MilkyCat. THe artwork was slightly different *cough*BETTER*cough* than yours, but her style/pose is hard to miss. And hers was original, since it was a request. So, I do hope you have an explaination for why your rendition of her art is on another site without any disclaimer or credit give nto her.
