How do you make pictures animated? Nice one, but how?

Wow I have had ALOT of people ask me dis...

1. Make a pic (I do Ms paint).
2. Then save it.
3. Put it on: www.lunapic.com/editor/
4. Then edit the pic a little then put it on lunapic.
5. Do that as many times as u need to.
6. Then it should put it all together!
If u have any questions ask!!!
To speed it up go to animation then frame timing.
