Misty Advanced Generation Outfit Fanart

this is part of a large request of multiple characters for someone on DeviantArt. When i am done drawing the characters individually i will put them together in a scene for the final finished request. I am now onto the pokemon characters and this is much easier due to the easier design of clothes. Her waist looks a little weird but oh well
