His name is Rupert Francis Prescot The Third. He's a deposed elven prince who swore revenge on the man who killed his family. So he grew up to become a sniper and all-around assassin. Unfortunately, when his family's castle was attacked and the rest of them were killed, he was struck blind. So now he snipes. <br />
