yeah, Celes from FF6 in her Opera clothes, when she's posing as Maria (that was the name, right?). She looks uncharacteristically happy here, but y'know maybe she felt confident ^^' (lol but she shouldn't have. I had to redo that part so many times!! rawr)

Anyway, yeah, I just thought her outfit looked pretty there and I think it's a clever part of the game so it deserves some fanart.

Oh, and I know the shading is a bit crazy but I was having fun with it ^^'

I dunno who that is, but the shading is done nicely and she looks so cute! I like the way her eyes and hair look and you did proportions rather well. Just dropping by a quick, random comment.
