LOL that's pretty gewd! You did the shading, skirt, structure, and legs pretty well. I like how you used some realism with the face and hands are hard to do XD. I can't relaly give suggestions on how to draw them. All I can say is keep drawing them until you're better. The fold on the top don't fit uber well, but I can see what you were trying to do. Either way, for MS paint, this is a masterpiece! XD Congradulations on your paint skills! *Japanese bow thingy*
