Well, I took a while on this pic just trying to decide how to go about drawing the tentacles. MS paint can make drawing anything mechanical either really easy or really time consuming... usually time consuming. I still had fun drawing it though.

Geez, how did I miss this? This is great! I love the lines and colouring. The highlights on his gloves are excellent. And the arms look just amazing; great detail and great drawing!
