Dio (OC)

one of the major villains from my Generation-X Fanfiction. sort of an Evil ex yakuza member who's equally as obnoxious as one of the main characters (and ranks up there as one of the more sinister orriginal characters in the fanfiction). it's actually been a while so I'm not really sure how the entire format for this MS paint pic came about, it wasn't one of the character's catchphrases, oh well, I suppose it worked anyhow.
