Generation-X Playbill

Well, I'd done this pic a while ago when the Generation-X comic was still being published (and had all its original characters), though I'm sure by now it's hardly an afterthought in the innumerous X-men spin-offs. Oh well.<br />
Anyway, this was my attempt to kind of present the characters in a playbill style, kinda unlike the typical presentation of a comic book. Had I had more experience at the time I would have illustrated an actual scene for the big red box at the bottom. Instead the image I used was one of the more well-known group shots from the series blacked out. Other than that all the images were mine, and besides this piece was really more about presentation than actual imagery... Kinda just to prove to myself I could do it.
