It's a good start. There needs to be some proportion and curve practice. Your making the limbs and body to straight lined. Give him more curve and muscle. Not like a woman, but make it look like he's more than a stick boy. The hair's good and you'll get the clothes down really fast with practice. SO yeah, practice on the body. You should probably look at some tutorials or study anatomy. That's how I learned. :)
