Another one of my pen pictures, I'm getting bored by just pencil. :/ I wish papermate had more colours then 7.

I've had this character for a while, but never finished a picture of him, this is Cost the dictator of my country Cupkeinya! There language is basically English backwards with some exceptions.

In the bg to the left is the country of Extersia 9that's why there is a big X) and left is Riritland.

I have a big story with this thing, but you'll never hear of it lol
