This is another picture of my favorite character from Avatar: The Last Airbender.
In this one she's obviously not quite happy with whoever she just hit with those spikes and is about to throw that rock at.
I'm going to take a wild guess and say it was an annoying pest that probably thought he was a better bender than the petite girl.

Amazingly well done, looks like you put alot of work into dis one. x3(Ten bucks says it's tobi!)
Also good news is that I have Jing Sei drawn out, but it's just showing off his armor and headshots. I have yet to draw an action pose for him. xP

Yeah, but I should have done more. forgot to black out those white dots in the outlines, makes it look very messy.And that's cool. i'll go check that out.
