The Idea here is that Harry bulks up, monstrously, before fifth year, then decides to hide it under a magical fat suit.
I'm not entirely sure how this would change the world of HP because, really, this is made to break the mold for muscle stucture popular among fanfiction writers.
Although, we all know that justice would not be done if Harry didn't put one of those meat hooks into Draco's smug mug at least once.
