Nightmare Jigsaw

This, my ear friends is a creature that came to me in a nightmare.

See, in my nightmare, the Jigsaw murders were real, and this ugly twisted creature was the true perpetrator.

The elephant head on his right shoulder and arm is disguising a tentacle that fires bone spikes, like the ones sticking out of the elephant's head, and it uses them as it's preferred method of decoration for the... 'trophies' it takes after it's most vicious murders.

As an added note, the teeth- that look very Billy Bob there, almost like some are missing- are in their natural state. They are as sharp as a shark tooth, but are not pointed like a normal predators.
