The dude is me(Some liberties may have been taken in muscle structure.). The girl is Kagura of the Yato clan from an anime called Gintama.
I don't really know anything about her or the anime, for the moment, because I just discovered it.
I did however see an AMV of her going psycho and bringing the pain to some dude's face, while wearing the outfit seen above.
