Just experimenting on Paint Shop, and I absolutely LOVE this. I find it adorable and low key for romance, hence the title, but *sigh* I LOVE it. I used some swirlies to make curls for the woman's hair and tried out a highlight technique that is actually really cool! Anyways, I think I'm improving! SQUEE!!!!!!!!!
I think I'll dedicate this picture to my best friend, Kelsey. She's a hopeless romantic and switches crushes like used tissues. Seriously, it was a little frustrating trying to keep up with who she liked at the current moment. Hee hee. But I love her no matter what. Kelsey, when you read this, know that I wish you the best of luck and that you're a friend I could never hope to replace. Thanks for sticking up for me always and letting me pig out at your house! *kisses* Oh, and I did NOT let Christmas sneak up on me this year. Ha!

That's a really sweet picture, they look so adorable and the swirls give her hair a very unique texture.Now, I'm curious, what does that sign next to your signature mean ? I've seen it more than once.
