a tender touch (Adriana and Connor)

    Hey, I know I haven't submitted in like forever, and I know I said that I wouldn't be able to work on anything big until after my finals were over, but he he, I break my own rules. Who ever thought study time was the best time to work on art projects? ^^ yeah.... wish I could say the same for the studying part. <.< >.>
 
     Anyways, this is just a gift for a wonderful friend of mine who has been dying to see this since I told her about it. The picture involves two of our characters in the book we are currently working on, and the piece is of Adriana and Connor. Adriana is the main character and Connor  is the big bad antagonist of the story. (Unfortunately I can't say anything more for the safety of the plot. Mwahahahaha...) But anyways, this has to be one of my most favorite pairings because Connor is so cold, stoic, merciless, deadly, and graceful, yet Adriana is so compassionate, loving, caring, and clumsy. *sigh* They're fun to write about.

 Another picture to experiment on. I decided to try just black and gray shading instead of color and I'm very pleased with the effect.
 
     Tons and tons of more pictures are on their way as soon as I get away from the oppression of public school. Urgh...
 
Oh, I realized at the last second how big this piece is and forgot to shrink it before I uploaded it. *bangs head on keyboard* And it's under a PNG file so it may take a while to upload. Comments and views are always greatly appreciated!
