Well,about two things inspired this piece of crap,which I scribbled up an hour ago.
1. The rain.I love rain,I was sitting out there,and,well,I felt like drawing.
2.KISSarmy76's pic,'Walking in the cold rain.' Its been bugging me forever to draw something that turned it around.
I really tried to give it a relaxed,whimsical feel to it.
I know,I'm weird XP
