These are Kagura, Osaka and Tomo from Azumanga Daioh, who are known as "The Three Knuckleheads" when it comes to studying because they're no good at it. Here they are sitting in the school library...trying.
The idea was kind of inspired by the Norman Rockwell painting called "Cramming".

Thank you! I had to watch the one episode where they're in the library to make sure I got the color scheme right, and the design of the chairs.Let's hope their studying will pay off! :)
