Yotsuba&! and Summer

I have to admit, it's pretty fun drawing Yotsuba. The only thing about this that I'm dissatisfied with is the way I colored the grass. How some people can color so smoothly with colored pencils, I will never know. Oh well.

I was originally going to have her standing on the sidewalk, with the street on one side and the hedge and gate of her house on the other, but I couldn't draw the frickin' hedge at the correct angle. I think the background I chose is a good alternative, though.
