Cecil Peregrine when translated means "Blind wanderer". He gave himself that name 5 years ago which is exactly how long he can remember. A lot his not know about this peticular young man. He says he's only sixteen and looks human, yet most will tell you he seems much older and not quite human. He seems to tolerate most everyone, doesnt really like any one person, just tolerates one more then another. Hes very soft spoken but in his voice is a undertone that demands respect. Its easy to see he doesnt take crap from anyone. As for personality, he speaks exactly what on his mide without so much as a thought what another person might think. He isnt rude about it, just brutally honest and to the point. If you can get past his sacastic wit and extreme honesty, he is a rather nice person and intelectually simulating. Due to his travels he's picked up a varity of stories and interesting tales to share , if hes in the mood to talk. He keeps almost completely covered except when hes hot *which almsot never happends* or when hes bathing. He has a very nasty burn scar down his right arm. Also on his belly are what appears to be battle,stab and slash, wounds. Ask him where either came from and he couldnt tell you. Sometimes its hard to tell if hes just hiding somthing or he truely doesnt know. Currently he is in Zoot's *(TM)MadhatterLu* Mall. Probally will stay there until he gets bored or he gets kicked out. It will be fun to find the answers to this mysterious man's past.
