Cosmo Rendition

Cosmo! Finally made a good one. I know his wings look kinda weird, but I figured that males fairies would look a little funky with elaborate wings, so I made them simple. I'll be messing with the design over time, and trying to make them more transparenty and glowy. Nothing really to complain about in this, it turned out good. ^_^
