ahem... i don'T know what the colours I used are called in english but I used "Pastellkreide" for the backgrund, the scarf and the hair... the skin is coloured pencil or whatever they're called... *is too lazy to look* 
Ah, the blotches (?) are ink ^^

I love the effects of the watercolors around the boarder. the hair is really well done and I love the eye.

but I think it would look even better if the eye was a little lower, or maybe made the individual strands of hair longer. that's the only thing that makes this picture look a little awkward

other then that, it's great. I love your style, the hand was beautifully (yes, I know that's probably spelt wrong) done.
