Okie...this is the coloured version of my previous piece of work. And it's my very first and *completed* computer artwork!!! YAY!! Dunno why, just felt quite happy that I finally managed to get it done.....Just 2 days ago, I managed to colour half of the pic and was about to save it when the entire Photoshop went '... ...'. Everything I've done was lost, and you can guess what words came out of my mouth...(Just have the urge to point the finger at the com...) It still looks kinda messy...*sob*

Do tell me what you think and how I can improve on it! I'm quite new to this type of computer drawing stuff and all the tools I've meddled so far are those blurring and smudging and 'add new layer' stuff...*sigh* Guess I'm behind time...

Hmm... It is a little blurry. And it could definitely use a little more contrast. Don't be afraid to experiment in CG. At least there's always the "Undo" feature! XD It took me a long time to take that advice myself, but you get over it.
One technique you might try is to take your original sketch and instead of coloring over it, put it as your top layer. Go to the layer properties (the little drop-down menu where it says "Normal" on the layer pallet), and set it to "Multiply" instead. Then you can add layers of color underneath your original sketch, and still use your original lines to help guide you. It's a beginning anyway.

Keep practicing! You're very good~ But just because you're great at using one medium, doesn't mean you're great at ALL mediums. You'll get there!

I think it looks really awesome! I mean it's neat when people cg things, but it looks really neat when people do things by hand too. It depends on what people do with techniques and stuff... I think I'll shut up cause I'm just gonna mess things up and confuse myself... ANYway.... It looks awesome, same as the rest of your work! ^___^
