The Death Eater Phantom

The boy was one of the most strangest Penelope had ever seen. He wore a white cloak and, on the silver collar piece around his neck was the Hogwarts crest. His face was masked with what was unmistakably a Death-Eater mask but she could see his eyes. A vivid purple colour like amethysts. His hair was short and cropped and - was it just the light or did it look white?

This is Draco. Yep, you read this correctly. It's Draco. My OC, Edward, enchanted the cloak to make his eyes and hair a different colour. Cool, eh? He and Edward fight together against the Death-Eaters.
