Techu

Techu is a bio engineered human designed to take out terrorists and other villans. an accident led to the governments use of his bod y as a subject for the polybiomorph metal on all four of his limbs (I wont go into detail, but it takes the ionic energy around it and can shift its form, even though Techu usually keeps it in a robotic looking state). anyway, once he found out that he was "desposable" when the project didnt work out as planed, he ran away from area 51 (yes, thats where he was created, raised, and trained) and later joined the titans! later on the Military makes problems in jump city trying to find techu.<br />
He is a master martial artist and he uses the morph tech. to create the metal maniac, a powerful form that transforms his arm and body...although to explain you would have to see a pic, ill put that up later. He can also morph it into a blaster, gatling gun, ect. He has eceptional strength and AMAZING speed, especially in Metal maniac form 2 and "REALLY" in form 3. Comment please.
