Kawaii Hikaru!

I had this picture uploaded a LONNG time ago [2 years?] and i was skimming through my pics again and found which ones i should edit to make them look better. My coloring skills for comp have improved xD duncha think?? i had the crappier colored picture up before...but i deleted it now. since im not drawing new ones, im jus finding old ones that i can edit to make them look better. REcomment plzzz!
