Seeking Kin

Its been a while since I've submitted anything, so I figured, why not?

This was my final project for my Colored Pencil Class- it was based on a short story I wrote about Jasmine (a character of mine) searching for her father's grave- and finding it.

This is only about 2/3 of the piece- my scanner couldn't fit it all in, since its kind of long and narrow. I could of pasted the two halves together in Paint, but I didn't want to have a big ugly line down the middle of the thing. (I've tried it before, and the results aren't very pretty.)

I think it still works compositionally though.
