"Mysterious benefactor" char: Ms. Pippenpopple

Another rough draft of a char on there. They really aren't cats, but that makes it a lot easier. I finally have the first one done though. It's been done for weeks, but I didn't finish it by putting it into the whole commic thing. Now that's done and I will put it up in a bit.
