Like the title says, this is a chibi Raichu from memory. As you should know, my memory sucks and I have also never drawn a Raichu before. Even though it is my all time fav. RAI RAI RAI! Outbursts aside, This looks pretty carppy and I know I probably got a bunch of stuff wrong. This was also done on my aunt's groved table, so be nice.
