Chibi Plushi Quilava for Katelin

Here is thet chibi plushi I promised! I really hope you like it! I remembered that I had a quilava still on my old Crystal game, so I used that to make sure that I got everything right. I basically all but pulled the rest out of my @$$, but I think it came out well. Sorry about the crappy coloring. I tried to even it out, but, as you can see, that didn't work.
