Shape

This was the second assignment in my 2D Design class. Blue and purple have very dark contrasts as compared to the green, which has a lighter contrast. The colors were done in watercolor and the black was done in black markers. Many black markers because they kept dying on me XDD! The assignment was shape and dominance. I chose geometric shapes because I like them and many other shapes are created by the overlapping. The factors of dominance of the center figure include size, color, shape, and location. It is the brightest color, it is by far the largest, it is in the center, and it is the only trapazoid. I chose a trapazoid because it is my favorite shape. It's like "Hey, I'm still a square, but I'm blowing in the wind!" XDD! If the green trapazoid doesn't catch your eye more than the rest of the picture, there may be something wrong. I made a 96 on this piece Woot woot!
