I don't know if I like it or not.
I think his face looks too girly; it's too soft. Legault has a long, more robust face. Then again, you're a fan of the Legault-Heath match, so maybe the soft, girly look was what you were going for.
The shading baffles me. It looks alright, but it doesn't look like you picked a pattern carefully. the nose, chin and cheeks look fine, but the clothing, eyes and scar (a shading on a scar?) is ill-suited.
He's a good character. I like your image of him (if you're going with the Legault-Heath match).

Very, very nice. He looks...icy. The coloring really adds to the appeal of this pic. And I really like the eye shape and the hair also. ^^
