Hey there! I'm still alive! xDD
Now, I did this not too long ago. It didn't take long, and it wasn't as difficult as I first thought it would be. ^^ I don't normally doodle with ink pens, and they almost never come out this well(well by MY standards, anyway).
This guy is a character I usually draw for one of my friends, whom she's named Fate. His hair is white-ish Grey, so that's why I didn't put any more lines than there already is. Now, I have rarely ever done cross-hatching, so thats why it kinda...
...Kinda sux. D': But besides that, I think it turned out really good, considering that not a single bit of this was planned. :D

That is really coolXDD I have never seen you use pen before so this is a treat to me^^ I think that the cross-hatching makes it stand out and gives it feeling.

xD Thank you! I was in a brave mood to do this kind of thing. I never really wanted to try this type of drawing, but I've always had an affection for sketching with a pen, so i tried this. ^^ This picture was all an experiment. ^^

I agree about the crosshatching. It really adds to it, and gives the character dimensions.
