I've seen him before in a cartoon.Bleh..that cartoon is a right rip off of anime style, plus!
In one of the adverts I saw a bunch of girls that looked just like characters from Sailor moon, including the same outfits!!
Anyways, this pic is really good and it looks just like him.
I've never actually watched the show but I've seen many adverts of it.
