Invader Tara's Lolly!!!

Tara was born when i was eating candy and thinking about the tallest and OC's. So i made her a combination of those things. This was only made on paint, so no bad comments, i dont have anything like photoshop except paint.net, which i rarely use anymore. By the way she is in disguise. My character is not human, she is irken.
