I could give you a full critique, but I don't know if you'd be able to endure one of mine, so I'll just give a few comments instead.
Technically digimon, being technological in origin, don't have genders. But that's a common trait assigned to them anyway based on their appearance, roles, and voice actors in the show. Then again, it's a fault of the series that the main characters are the only ones with their type of digimon. Why is it that you never see more than one kind of important Digimon, anyway? One Agumon, one Gabumon, one Renamon and so on.
But anyway, back to the pic. It's interesting to interpret Renamon as a species of digimon with male/female divisions, and this is pretty unique for that. It could use a little work, though. For one, I'm no fan of the muscle-bound appearance. Renamons have a thick pelt of fur, and muscle lines don't show up well (often, at all) through thick fur.
The head seems much too small, also, but those are my only real complaints about it. Anything else can be addressed via experience and practice: keep drawing, and if you try again later, it'll turn out much better. ;)
