Kurt Dynae's Titus

Hi its me Kurt. I drew this one and i dont color half of what i draw now, Lumin does it for me, but this one was all me. Thats right. I did it all. Lumin helped me scan it. oh so this is Titus. Kurt arrived in his part of his Universe and thought he saw a Belthan power level. As he was exploring the planet Titus "the government offical that owns about half of this universe" spoted him and confronted him. Kurt, Augusta, and Recoil did not have a registration so he wanted to kick them out or kill them Kurt tried to fight back but Titus kicked his @$$. Recoil ended up saving them and they fled with their tails between their legs.
