yeah, in shippuden ( naruto 2 years older) kankuro gets deathly ill from poison and you can see him without his wierd black kitty outfit (which is totally cute!)

no, but all I know is that it's colored lightly in the manga, and I'd assume that of the possibilities, it would probably be the same color as his sisters. 0_-
