It most definatly is not an original character from .hack//Legend of Twilight's Bracelet, as this variation of Hajime Saito is from the anime "Rurouni Kenshin"
Furthermore, Saito was not called "The Wolf of Mibu", The shinsengumi itself was called "The Wolves of Mibu" making Saito "A Wolf of Mibu"
