Shadow stare

I had this on my computer for a while and realized I hadn't put it on here.
One day I checked up on my bunny, and he looked at me like that. It reminded me of Kyo from fruits basket when he's in his cat form for some reason, and I thought it looked cute, later that day in art class I had nothing to draw, then I remembered that morning (because I looked up and saw a giant fruits basket painting).
For some reason the art teachers really like this picture, it doesn't seem that great to me, but maybe other people can see something in it that I don't?
