Gangsta Jazz- (Should be colorguard uniform)

Gangsta Jazz! My marching band's theme this year! hard music, annoying drill, but the practices are paying off! here is what I think should be the uniform. but of course the colorguard instructor goes "No money to buy it" Well i wonder why *cough* spent too much money n the other uniforms... 200 dollars a piece!*cough*
