Payne

One of Lucifer's 3 Overlords. The Overlords were the overseers of the Generals. If The Generals were not up to task, the Overlords would simple replace them. Payne is ultimately the most powerful being in existence, stronger even than Ryu, Dean, Tyler or Lucifer. Thanks to the curse inflicted by Death though, he cannot kill( although Payne's victim's suffer pain's worse than death). That curse is what earned him his namesake. Sorry if the armor likes a bit like Vegeta's and the Sword looks like it belongs to Cloud.
