Description

A demon scientist nearly killed by Ryu, Master Mind sought out Captain Rileen so they can create a killing machine. First he (Master Mind alone) built Magna Ryu to collect DNA samples. Once the 2 evil scientists gathered DNA from all the strongest beings, they built Project Magnia, who turned on their creators and killed them.
