I character I made up. A genin from the Hakurei clan, a carries the bloodline trait shinghan, or "souls eye".
Like Sharinghan it can read movement. Unlike Sharinghan it studies the opponent's chakra and copies it for personal use. Like Sasuke he bears Orochimaru's curse mark.

this is chireru!? wait did you have a guy with that name before, cause if you did he changed a lot. he looks much like sasuke though. the hair and face are very similar to him.
