Princess Kakyuu

At least I think that what she's called in the original version ^^ She hasn't even got one in the German subs they aired here on TV, they just called her 'Princess'... I always wanted to draw her since I saw Sailor Moon S (it's been quite some time though) and I love her design ^^ I still can't remember where I got those curly brushes from... if I ever find the link or the site again, I'll credit ^^ Colored in Paintshop Pro.
