Also... there are no different highlights or shades... Try adding them as a next step ;)

I don't know the anime... but... MS PAINT?! no way... I gotta hand it to you!
And you even mock with me by saying that this is one of your 1st works! *gets mad*

Ok... jokes asside... I think it is really good although no one commented... You managed to put the 3 things I am worst at in this paint: MS Paint, Girls and Anime... -__-

But what are those white spots scattered around the paint? You just used fill in and then forgot to clear those dots?
