This is a dragon. Ignore the back leg that's further back, it started as a dif pose and then changed at the last second, so it's too sall, but ignore that.. Animel pointed out afew stuff, but the only one that i agree with is the wings leather, there should be some wrinkles of some sort to show that they aren't fully out stretched, they look tight as right now.

Ani says- It's awesome, the wings just need wrinkles. I' so jealous of my little christy :B And i am beautiful and sexy, i ake peoples ears bleed when i sing :D

What should I start with, the things I like about it or the things I don't?

Hmm, I'll pick the latter first today. (Prepare yourself!)

The dragon's wings seem a little too short from shoulder to palm, giving me the impression that either this is a small dragon, or he(?)'s not built for much flying (mostly gliding/diving).

Also, the dragon's right wing is bent at a peculiarly odd angle compared to his left wing -- wings are generally held at symmetrical angles. And the dragon's cranium looka a bit big. Maybe it's because of hos it's decorated, but that blank space between the eyes and crest-horns looks a little large for my tastes.

But don't let those things get ya down, because you got yourself a nicely proportioned dragon there! The body's lithe (that's how I like them, the neck and tail aren't super long, and I think you actually did a good job on all four legs. Is that a dewclaw on the back of its left hind leg? You may want to make it the same size as the other claws.

All in all not bad. Many dragons are rendered as either really round/fat or really serpentine, two extremes I don't care for, and this one's somewhere in the middle ground, just how I like them.

It catches your eye from the thumbnail view, aswell. The big feet and horns are what really attracted me to this pic!
*favs*
And yea, I agree with what StrataDrake said about the one wing. That was the only thing I spotted though! ^_^
